At Powell Lumber and Construction, we believe quality work begins with experience, honesty, and a genuine respect for the materials we use. With a lifetime of hands-on construction experience, our passion for sawmilling began while working alongside an Amish logging crew in Michigan. After learning to harvest timber and operate a traditional circle sawmill, that passion eventually led to owning our own manual sawmill and building a business centered on craftsmanship and dependable service.

Today, we proudly provide custom sawmilling, woodworking, construction, remodeling, timber framing, logging, concrete work, custom fireplace mantels, beams, and live-edge slabs. We also purchase logs of all species and work closely with every customer to bring their ideas to life. Whether we are milling a customer’s timber, creating a one-of-a-kind wood project, or improving a home, our goal is always the same: deliver honest work, lasting quality, and results our customers can be proud of.
